1. Identification

These terms govern the sale of products through gogafas.com, operated by ZUI TECHNOLOGY S.L. (NIF B23853435), Calle Quinta de Praderon 25, 28260 Galapagar, Madrid (Spain). Contact: hola@gogafas.com.

2. Acceptance

Placing an order through the site constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Customers must be 18 or older or have parental consent.

3. Products

Sunglasses, blue-light filter glasses, prefabricated reading glasses, optical frames and accessories. Products are described and photographed in good faith but minor color or finish variations are possible.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include applicable VAT (Spain) or local sales tax shown at checkout. Payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Klarna.

5. Right of withdrawal

14-day return right per art. 102 TRLGDCU (Spain). See the Refund Policy. USA and Mexico orders have equivalent 14-day return windows.

6. Warranty

3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order amount. Force majeure events excluded.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law. EU consumers may use https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for online dispute resolution.
