Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order without justification (art. 102 TRLGDCU).

How to return

Write to hola@gogafas.com with your order number and reason.
You'll receive instructions and a return label in 24–48 business hours.
Send the product in its original packaging (case + cloth + box).
Refund in 5–10 business days after receipt and verification.

Exceptions

Customized products (prescription glasses with your prescription) are not returnable except for defects.
Products damaged by misuse are not refunded.
